First-timer questions

Do I really get two free classes?

Yes. Your first two coach-guided classes are completely free — no card and no commitment. It's the best way to see if Title 29 is the right fit for you.

I'm a total beginner. Will I be lost?

Not at all. Every class is led by a real coach who scales the workout to your level. Most of our members started exactly where you are now.

What should I bring to my first class?

Just comfortable workout clothes, training shoes, and a water bottle. Show up about 10 minutes early so your coach can get you set up.

Where are you located and is there parking?

We're at 4025 Figarden Dr. #107 in Fresno, CA, with free parking right out front.

Are memberships flexible?

Yes — we offer flexible memberships (2 or 3 classes a week, or unlimited) plus a no-expiration class punch card, so you can train in whatever way fits your life and schedule.

What kinds of classes do you offer?

Strength & conditioning, kickboxing, and HIIT classes, plus functional movement — all coach-guided and designed for every fitness level.
